Farsley Celtic were taken apart by Hyde United on Monday night in possibly the worst performance of the season.
The signs were there from the beginning and Farsley were 4-0 down after 47 minutes through goals from Lee Rick (2), Kevin Holsgrove and Scott Mooney.
Rick struck first on 20 minutes after a run down the left wing.
Holsgrove made it two with a long range strike which gave keeper Josh Bell no chance of stopping.
Rick doubled his tally before the break and then Mooney slotted home from close range, soon after half-time.
The Celts were very fortunate to record a goal as they were awarded a harsh penalty for handball on 53 minutes and captain Dominic Krief made up for his miss on Saturday by smashing the ball home.
In stoppage time, Patrece Liburd was sent off for serious foul play and will receive a four-match ban due to his previous dismissal against Stalybridge Celtic.
