Ryan Serrant

Left-back Ryan Serrant arrived on loan at Throstle Nest on-loan from Leeds United towards the end of the 2006-07 season after an earlier spell at Guiseley tohelp the club achieve promotion to the Conference Premier. He was relesed from Leeds that summer and decided to join Celtic but numerous injuries disrupted his chances to get into the first team. However in 2008-09, he became Farsley's first choice left-back under Neil Parsley and won the won the manager's player of the year award for that season. He was also a key member of Celtic's squad last season and when the club folded in the spring, he joined Bradford Park Avenue until the end of the season before re-joining Farsley in the summer of 2010.
